A week ago I saw on Vincent Laforet’s blog about a guy who posted a video on how to get a cool jib type of shot using a tripod. After watching it, I felt like a moron. Why didn’t I think of that before. So while on a job, I decided to give it a try. It was easy, and even impressed my client. I can’t take credit for it though. One problem I had was that I was shooting in restaurants and the tile floor was slippery, so I had to use my feet to make sure the legs did not slide.
